Job Summary
You will assist with opening and closing duties, maintain cleanliness, and deliver quality customer service while preparing and serving food and beverages efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Set up the outlet for opening and closing, and perform general cleaning during operating hours to maintain a safe and welcoming environment
- Deliver quality customer service by engaging with guests and addressing their needs promptly
- Accurately key orders into the Point-of-Sale system to ensure smooth transaction processing
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to guests orders efficiently and hygienically
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the outlet throughout the shift
- Communicate clearly with team members and guests to support smooth operations
- Adapt to a fast-paced work environment while maintaining service quality
Required competencies and certifications
- Commit to working a minimum of 3 days per week, including at least 1 weekend day
- Commit to working both day and night shifts until 2AM
- Commit to a minimum employment period of 3 months and longer
