Roles:
- Frontline staff responsible for customer experience.
- Deliver orders, maintain tables, and embody the Tavern's roleplay-lite service style.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests in character (light fantasy flair, e.g., Welcome, adventurers!).
- Explain gamification systems (dice rolls, quest cards, LFG tables).
- Ensure high standards of hospitality and responsiveness.
- Support events (RPG nights, seasonal quests).
- Maintain cleanliness of FOH areas.
Requirements
- Excellent learning and working attitude
- Excellent communication and customer service attitude.
- Comfortable engaging with guests playfully in character, without heavy roleplay pressure.
- Experience in caf/bar service preferred but not required. Presentable, interactive, and adaptable under themed service expectations.
- Performance training and Valid WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1 Certification preferred.
