Part-Time Senior Fire Safety Manager (SFSM)

Job Description:

• Conduct monthly fire safety inspections and prepare inspection reports.
• Ensure compliance with SCDF fire safety regulations.
• Review and update the Emergency Response Plan(ERP).
• Organise fire drills, tabletop exercises, and fire safety training.
• Monitor and improve fire safety and emergency response procedures.
• Advise management on fire safety compliance and best practices.
• Liaise with SCDF on fire safety matters.
• Prepare and submit annual fire safety reports.
• Support the Company's Emergency Response Team(CERT).
• Report fire incidents and ensure statutory compliance

Requirements:

• Must be a registered Senior Fire Safety Manager(FSM).
• Must be eligible for appointment as the Senior FSM for Tier 1 and Tier 3 premises.
• Familiar with SCDF fire safety regulations, scope, and requirements.
• Able to oversee fire safety compliance
• Strong knowledge of Singapore fire safety legislation and statutory compliance
