Part time School Counsellor Bukit Timah

Working Hours

• Wednesdays: 8 am-5:30 pm

• Mon, Thu, Fri: 12 pm-5 pm

Key Roles

• Conduct counselling sessions for scheduled and drop-in students, with close monitoring and follow-up

• Meet with HOD Student Development monthly to update on cases and progress

• Prepare documents, participate in Case Management Team meetings, and follow up on actions

• Monitor and manage the online counselling booking portal

• Collaborate with stakeholders and assist in crisis management when needed

• Follow school SOPs for consultation, parent engagement, records maintenance, and case handover

Requirements

• At least a Degree in Counselling

• Registered with the Singapore Association for Counselling (SAC)

• Receives ongoing case supervision from a trained clinical supervisor (written confirmation required)
