Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Sales team
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales documents
  • Follow up with customers on orders and enquiries
  • Update sales records and maintain filing system
  • Coordinate with internal departments for order processing

Requirements:

  • Minimum O Level qualification
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Able to work independently and responsibly

Working Arrangement:

  • Flexible working hours
  • Work from home arrangement available
  • Required to report to office 2-3 days per week
