PART TIME SALE ASSISTANT

Short-term position: 3 months

Start date: October 1st

Location: Pop-up location at Orchard Central and Orchard Gateway

Working hours: Follow the shopping mall

Salary: Starting salary: S$11 + sales commission

Number of people needed: 3

Working days: Minimum 3 days

Flexible workdays: Available (Monday to Wednesday, Tuesday to Thursday (or Wednesday to Friday), or weekend work)

Job Responsibilities:

. Assist/Manage and carry out all administration and tasks as directed by the Direct Manager.

. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting in the selection and purchase of jewellery items.

. Explain and educate customers on the features and benefits of various jewellery pieces, helping them make informed purchasing decisions.

. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns in a professional and positive manner.

. Keep the jewellery display areas organized, clean and visually appealing.

. Process transaction accurately using NETS/Credit Card/PayNow and handle cash transactions responsibly.

. Previous retail or sales experience with a focus on jewelry preferred.

. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

. Open minded and positive attitude.

. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

. interest and passion to learn Basic knowledge of gemstones, metals.

. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

. Learn and understand the design concept as well as product knowledge on Jewellery and Gemstones.

. Able to understand the product, pricing, creative styling, promotions and be confident with necessary professional jewellery knowledge.

. Responsible for handling Jewellery and Gemstones with care.

. Handle sales enquiries and process sales orders for all platforms.

. Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness with the store and store displays.

. Keep stock inventory.

. Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a high level of customers satisfaction through excellent service.

. Maximize sales by achieving sales targets/goals.
