Job Scope:
- Actively approach customers, introduce the brand, and recommend suitable products.
- Explain product features and benefits clearly (e.g., material, comfort, care instructions).
- Upsell and cross-sell complementary items
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and objections professionally.
- Ensure counter is neat, well-stocked, and visually appealing.
- Sort out incoming stock into the storeroom and counter
- Record daily sales, footfall, and customer feedback.
- Share insights on customer preferences, frequently asked questions, and competitor activity.
- Provide feedback on product performance and potential improvements
Requirement:
- Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Prior retail experience will be advantageous
