Responsibilities:
- Professionally handle incoming calls, assist with customer inquiries, and redirect calls to the appropriate team.
- Perform daily administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, document preparation, scheduling appointments, and maintaining organized records.
- Support smooth office operations and contribute to a positive work environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum N level or equivalent.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, data entry).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask efficiently.
- Prior experience in administrative or customer service roles is a plus.
Duration/Working hours:
2 months contract (Option to extend) Immediate
Working hours: 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM (with 1-hour lunch break)
