Job Description

We are a Singapore-based B2B media publishing company looking for a Part-Time Production & Traffic Coordinator to support our publication operations.

This role focuses on tracking materials, following up with internal teams, and maintaining clear production schedules. The scope is structured and process-driven, with clear handover and training provided. It is suitable for someone who is organised, reliable, and comfortable working on a computer.


Key Responsibilities

  • Track and follow up on editorial and advertising materials using simple schedules and checklists

  • Coordinate with editorial teams for article submissions and revisions based on provided timelines

  • Coordinate with customer service on advertisers artwork and materials

  • Update production status trackers (e.g. spreadsheets, shared folders)

  • Ensure materials are complete before moving to layout and print

  • Liaise with printing companies on print schedules, proofs, and delivery timelines

  • Record approvals, amendments, and final sign-offs clearly

  • Support basic Accounts Receivable tasks such as invoice tracking and payment follow-ups

  • Maintain orderly records of materials, deadlines, and production status


Requirements

  • Secondary school or equivalent qualification

  • Comfortable working on a computer, including email and spreadsheets

  • Able to follow structured processes and checklists

  • Strong sense of responsibility and follow-through

  • Clear communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Experience in administration, coordination, or operations is an advantage but not required

  • Training and handover will be provided
