Administrative Support
Handle day-to-day administrative and clerical duties

Maintain office supplies, pantry items, and vendor relationships
Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and service providers

Coordination & Support
Assist in onboarding of new staff (workspace setup, admin documentation)
Coordinate internal events, meetings, and company activities
Liaise with external partners, suppliers, and service providers
Support HR or Finance teams with basic admin tasks when required
Social Media:
Implement social media strategies aligned with the company's overall marketing goals.
Create engaging and visually appealing content, including graphics, videos, articles, and posts, tailored to each social media platform.
Manage social media activities, including posting content, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages.
Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure proper filing and record-keeping in line with company policies
Assist with audit preparation and compliance documentation
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
