Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and outgoing individual to provide comprehensive administrative support in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is not only detail-oriented and resourceful, but also enjoys interacting with people, building strong working relationships, and ensuring that daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Calendar & Schedule Management

Proactively manage and coordinate calendars, schedule appointments, and handle meeting invitations, ensuring priorities are clearly communicated and key stakeholders are well-informed.

Administrative & Stakeholder Support

Provide reliable administrative support to leadership, liaise with internal teams and external partners, and help facilitate smooth day-to-day operations and project execution.

Meeting & Coordination Support

Assist in coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and following up on action items, ensuring effective communication and alignment across teams.

Research & Documentation

Conduct thorough research, compile relevant information, and prepare clear, well-structured documentation and reports to support strategic planning and decision-making.

Candidate Profile

Education

Diploma or higher qualification preferred.

People-Oriented & Collaborative

Comfortable engaging with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders at all levels, with a friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor.

Multitasking & Coordination

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously while maintaining clear and timely communication.

Initiative & Independence

Able to work with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong ownership, problem-solving skills, and the confidence to take initiative when needed.

Communication & Planning

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong planning, coordination, and follow-through abilities.

Technical Proficiency

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
