We are looking for a proactive and driven individual to support business growth through outbound lead generation and marketing execution.

Job Description

This is a part-time role supporting B2B business development and marketing activities. You will work closely with management to build sales pipeline and strengthen market outreach within the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Marketing Support

  • Conduct outbound calls to healthcare facilities, operators and related stakeholders
  • Identify upcoming renovation, upgrading or new development projects
  • Qualify prospects and arrange meetings for management
  • Perform LinkedIn outreach and follow-ups
  • Maintain and update CRM / prospect database
  • Track and report weekly outreach activities
  • Assist in preparation and updating of marketing materials (presentations, brochures, product sheets)
  • Support proposal documentation and tender submissions
  • Assist in content updates for website and LinkedIn
  • Coordinate simple marketing campaigns and track performance

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing or related field (or currently pursuing)
  • Comfortable with outbound calling and engaging decision-makers
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated, organised and results-oriented
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Familiarity with Canva or basic design tools is an advantage
  • Prior B2B or healthcare exposure is a plus but not required

Training will be provided.

Working Arrangement

  • Part-time (2-4 days per week)

Career Progression

High-performing candidates may be considered for conversion to full-time Business Development or Commercial Executive roles as the company grows.
