Responsibility

• Coordinate with internal teams to support the planning and execution of events, conferences, and exhibitions.

• Manage the development and production of marketing materials and collateral, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

• Assist in maintaining company websites and co-manage social media platforms to enhance digital presence and engagement.

• Support marketing and promotional activities to strengthen brand awareness and outreach.

• Perform administrative and ad-hoc duties, including tasks required to meet regulatory or statutory requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 years of marketing experience
• Experience in managing digital marketing is an added advantage
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Sharepoint and Powerpoint
• Experience in Using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
