Job Summary
We are looking for dedicated part-time kitchen staff to support weekend and public holiday operations, assisting chefs and maintaining kitchen efficiency and hygiene.
Responsibilities
- Assist chefs with food preparation to ensure timely and quality meal production
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen to comply with health regulations
- Prepare ingredients and perform basic kitchen tasks to support smooth food service
- Manage kitchen workflow during service hours to ensure efficient operations
Required competencies and certifications
- Ability to commit to full-day weekend shifts including public holidays
- Availability for a minimum of 60 working hours per month
- Ability to work responsibly and efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Prior kitchen experience to facilitate quicker adaptation (training provided)
