The HR Officer is responsible for handling HR operations (covering level 1 and 2) and administrative HR functions across the employee lifecycle.
Post job advertisements on relevant platforms
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Prepare employment contracts and related documents
Conduct onboarding briefing and new hire documentation
Manage probation confirmation process
Prepare monthly payroll data (attendance, OT, claims, deductions)
Ensure timely CPF contributions and statutory payments
Maintain leave records and attendance reports
Support annual increment and bonus administration
Prepare HR letters (confirmation, promotion, warning, resignation acceptance, etc.)
Manage work pass applications / renewals (if applicable)
Handle offboarding process and exit clearance
Conduct exit interviews and maintain records
Address employee enquiries on HR policies and benefits
Maintain and update employee personal files
Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping
Support disciplinary processes and documentation
Assist in employee engagement activities
Ensure compliance with local employment regulations
Assist in updating HR policies and SOPs
Maintain HR reports and basic HR analytics
Support audit or MOM-related documentation (if required)
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
2-3 years of HR operational experience is a plus point
Experience handling payroll is a plus point
Familiar with local employment laws and HR practices
Good organisational and communication skills
Able to handle confidential information professionally
Responsible and accountable
Able to work independently
Salary: $10 to $18 per hour (depends on experience and credential)
Working hour : Flexible (3 hours per day for 4 days work week)
