Permanent Part Time Role
Working Hours: 30 Hours a Week (In-Office)
Salary: $12 - $13 Per Hour

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Part-Time HR Administrator to support our HR team with administrative and operational tasks. This role is ideal for individuals who have a strong understanding of HR processes and are looking for a part time work schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and databases.
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities, such as preparing contracts, organizing orientation sessions, and processing exit documentation.
- Handle HR documentation, including employment contracts, policies, and letters.
- Assist with leave tracking, benefits administration, and payroll processing support.
- Support employee engagement activities and company events.
- Respond to HR-related queries from employees and assist in policy communication.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and company regulations.
- Assist in HR reporting and data entry tasks.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in HR administration or a similar role is an advantage.
- Familiarity with HR software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
