What You'll Own
- Talent Acquisition & Internship Coordination Partner with universities and polytechnics to bring in fresh talent
Support hiring across brands-from screening to onboarding
- Employment Documentation Draft offer letters, contracts, and onboarding kits with flair and compliance
- Employee Lifecycle & Records Maintain personnel files, track confirmations, renewals, and exits
Keep our HRIS clean, compliant, and audit-ready
- Leave & Attendance Admin Monitor leave balances, approvals, and entitlements
Flag anomalies and support monthly reporting
- Payroll Liaison (No Processing!) Update payroll team on new hires, exits, and leave data
Ensure smooth handoff of accurate info-no number crunching required
- General Admin Support Help with filing, office coordination, and HR-related tasks
Be the go-to for internal ops questions
Engagement Model
We are open to:
- Part-Time Employment (with CPF contributions), or
- Contract for Services (freelance-style, CPF-exempt)

Compensation
- Hourly Rate: $15 - $18/hour (depending on experience)
- Monthly Estimate: $2k - $3k
