Location: Singapore
Commitment: 12-16 hours/week (flexible schedule)
Team Size: 30 pax across beauty & wellness brands

This is not your average admin gig. You'll be the heartbeat of our people operations, helping us grow with integrity, warmth, and precision.

What You'll Own

  • Talent Acquisition & Internship Coordination Partner with universities and polytechnics to bring in fresh talent
    Support hiring across brands-from screening to onboarding
  • Employment Documentation Draft offer letters, contracts, and onboarding kits with flair and compliance
  • Employee Lifecycle & Records Maintain personnel files, track confirmations, renewals, and exits
    Keep our HRIS clean, compliant, and audit-ready
  • Leave & Attendance Admin Monitor leave balances, approvals, and entitlements
    Flag anomalies and support monthly reporting
  • Payroll Liaison (No Processing!) Update payroll team on new hires, exits, and leave data
    Ensure smooth handoff of accurate info-no number crunching required
  • General Admin Support Help with filing, office coordination, and HR-related tasks
    Be the go-to for internal ops questions

Engagement Model

We are open to:

  • Part-Time Employment (with CPF contributions), or
  • Contract for Services (freelance-style, CPF-exempt)

Compensation

  • Hourly Rate: $15 - $18/hour (depending on experience)
  • Monthly Estimate: $2k - $3k
