Part Time/Full Time Telemarketing Position

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for making cold-calls to prospective clients and build immediate rapport

- Schedule appointments for the sales representative(s) to meet up with prospective clients

- Achieve daily and monthly appointment setting targets

- Able to effectively manage and respond to customer inquiries

- To not involve in providing any financial advisory service

- Demonstrates a risk-aware approach, identifying and addressing business and regulatory compliance risks to ensure adherence to standards

2. Requirements:

- Singaporean or PR

- At least 1 year of telemarketing, sales, or customer service experience (Preferred)

- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills

- Strong work ethic and hardworking attitude

- Patience and resilience to handle customer rejections

3. Working Hours:

- Full / Part-time (Min 3 working days)

- Hours: 10AM - 6PM

4. Salary:

- Your salary will commence at S$10-15/hr (depending on experience)

- Performance bonus included (Tiered)

- Your increment will depend upon your efficiency, regular attendance, sense of discipline & performance

5. Location:

- Flexible workplace options: remote, hybrid, or office-based work arrangements available to be confirmed after probation
