Part Time Front Desk (Saturdays at River Valley)

Creative Hearts is a boutique music and performing arts school, located at River Valley and Pandan Valley. We're looking for bubbly front desk receptionist to assist in the day to day operations of the school, to greet our students and be the face of our school!

Qualities: hardworking, outgoing and friendly, proactive, organized, meticulous, possesses a growth mindset, and loves children! Music knowledge is a big advantage.

Roles:

- Respond to enquiries (email, walk-in, whatsapp)

- Assisting parents to carry strollers up and down several steps

- Front desk duties like checking in, greeting students and parents

- Sanitizing and cleaning instruments and equipment

- Scheduling and rescheduling of classes, room allocations and invoicing

- Creating flyers and marketing material on Canva

- Ensuring tidiness and cleanliness of school

- Prepare materials and props for group classes (binding, photocopying, laminating)

- Liasing with parents and teachers

Requirements:

- Must be able to work on Saturdays at River Valley, 9am to 4pm.

- Fluent in English, good at communicating

- Meticulous and organised

- Friendly disposition, positive attitude, growth mindset

- Must be able to commit for a minimum of one year
