Sports Schooling is looking for friendly and reliable individuals to join our team as Front Desk & Administrative Assistants across our locations in Singapore.

Multiple locations across Singapore
Working Hours
- Weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
- 7.30am - 6pm
- Shift work possible (AM / PM shifts)
Salary
Job Responsibilities
- Attend to front desk duties and welcome customers
- Handle enquiries (in-person, phone, WhatsApp)
- Assist with class registrations and basic admin tasks
- Manage attendance and scheduling records
- Support daily operations to ensure smooth running of the centre
Requirements
- Able to commit long-term (not short-term / ad hoc)
- Minimum 2 shifts per weekend
- Friendly, responsible, and well-organised
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
