We're hiring Junior Trainers to join our student care centre.
Pay & Growth
- Starting pay: $11/hour
- Performance reviews twice a year (June & December)
- Reviews include rewards, incentives & recognition (yes, even for part-timers!)
- 1-year commitment → eligible for increment & progression to Senior Trainer
What You'll Do
- Pick up students from school
- Oversee meal times
- Supervise homework, revision and activity
- Communicate with parents via app
- Provide guidance & discipline
This is student care supervision, NOT tuition.
Shifts Available
- 12.30pm - 6.30pm / 7.00pm
- 1.15pm - 6.15pm
- Flexible shifts available if you have other commitments
Minimum: 1 to 3 days / week

- Firm in discipline & classroom management
- Efficient in homework checking & updates
