Part Time Event Crew (Orchard Road)

Job Highlights:

We are looking for highly organized candidates with excellent interpersonal skills for the position of Event Crew. The crew is responsible for working under the instructions of the Event IC, assuming the role of ticket taker, welcoming guests, inspecting equipment for damage after use, and checking equipment against an inventory list, among other duties. Moreover, event staff needs to constantly be on their feet and attend to the many needs of event-goers, requiring physical stamina and high energy levels.

Event Period: March 2026

Employment Type: PART TIME (weekday & weekend)

Pay rate: From $10.50/hr

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the operation of attractions and carnival games to ensure guest safety and enjoyment.

2. Enforce safety guidelines and house rules for inflatables and carnival activities.

3. Monitor inflatables and carnival structures for signs of wear and tear, and report maintenance issues as needed.

4. Assist guests with safely entering and exiting inflatable attractions.

5. Sell merchandise and process payments accurately using a point-of-sale system.

6. Assist guests with inquiries, complaints, and lost and found items.

7. Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth operation of attractions and guest services.

8. Execution of other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

1. Must be at least 16 years old.

2. Singapore citizen or permanent residents.

3. Strong attention to detail and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

4. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude.

5. Ability to work well in a team.

6. Willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

7. Flexible to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications Requirements:

1. At least GCE O/GCE N Level Certificate

2. First Aid trained would be a bonus

Technical Competencies:

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

3. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash transactions.
