Role: Event Assistant (Pop-up Booths)
We are looking for a warm and approachable individual to join us as an Event Assistant at our pop-up events. This role is customer-facing and carries the essence of our brandwelcoming guests, sharing our story, and assisting with purchases sincerely and thoughtfully.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in a genuine and approachable manner.
- Share product knowledge and the story behind our formulations.
- Assist with product demonstrations, sampling, and sales.
- Maintain a clean and inviting booth environment.
- Provide general support to the team during event set-up, operations, and closing.
Requirements:
- At least 21 years old.
- Comfortable engaging and speaking with customers.
- Responsible, reliable, and well-presented.
- Available for event dates and hours (including weekends if required).
- Prior customer service or retail/event experience is a bonus, but not essential.
Remuneration:
- Sales Booths: $15$18 per hour, with additional commission based on responsibilities and sales.
- Event Booths: $25$40 per hour, depending on role and responsibilities.
