Part-Time Delivery Operations Associate

What you'll do

• Assist in routing clients deliveries orders
• Assigning of drivers from existing driver pool to routes
• Support clients on their orders in a timely manner
• Monitoring orders and resolve delivery issues for our clients

What we seek

• Great customer service, good communication, and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Problem solving ability and adaptable to changing needs from clients
• Experience using different online channels to communicate with clients

Working Arrangements

• Minimum 3 day work week (2 weekdays, 1 weekend)
• Must be able to work 1 morning shift (From 7am) AND 2 evening shifts (up till 10pm)
• On-the-job Training will be provided
• Hybrid Working Arrangement available after 1 month of Onsite On-the-job training (Weekday onsite, Weekends WFH)
