Job Description

Manage Viva Kids projects by ensuring deliverables and outcomes are met.

Administer and disseminate project collaterals such as programme calendars, informational letters to parents.

Provide central office support such as distribution of materials, snacks and uniforms.

Coordinate with schools and partners on programme offerings.

Ensure beneficiaries attend classes and maintain personal files of all beneficiaries enrolled in the programme.

Contact parents/guardians of beneficiaries on all matters, including absenteeism, submission of documents needed

Maintain attendances and absentees reasons are recorded, and file all necessary documents needed for record keeping.

Ensure that tutors and trainers commit to and meet the expectations set by the organisation and external stakeholders.

Requirements

At least a higher NITEC or equivalent level of knowledge acquired through experience and training/development.

Experience in managing day-to-day operations, developing and implementing effective and efficient systems.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to engage effectively with a range of stakeholders.

Shows initiative and has a creative flair for solving problems.

Proactive in developing and improving administration functions.

Good command of Microsoft Excel or equivalent, and use of IT.

Interested in social work and working with disadvantaged families.

Willing to travel to various parts of the island.

Familiarity of the education industry is an advantage.

Payment is made according to the number of sessions performed.

$60 per four hour session
