We are looking for a Part-Time Content Strategist who can support SWEATINCGLOBAL's brand growth through thoughtful content strategy, strong execution, and clear communication across both English and Chinese-speaking audiences.
Must be able to articulate ideas clearly in Chinese (Mandarin).
Comfortable creating original Chinese content for parents, students, and school communities.
Able to adapt tone and messaging for Chinese-speaking families, without direct or awkward translations from English.
Bilingual (English-Chinese) content capability is a strong advantage.
Strong understanding of how to translate SWEATINC's philosophy - Building Champions Inside & Out - into meaningful content.
Ability to plan content themes across sports, enrichment, values, and community impact.
Understands how content supports brand trust, enrolment, and long-term positioning.
Able to produce content for social media, marketing materials, and school-facing communications.
Capable of ideating and executing content that feels authentic, premium, and non-generic.
Good sense of visual direction, copy tone, and platform-specific content.
Able to follow a structured content calendar and meet weekly deliverables.
Comfortable managing multiple programmes and campaigns simultaneously.
Organized, accountable, and responsive.
Familiar with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or equivalent.
Basic understanding of social media metrics and content optimisation.
Experience in education, sports, or youth-focused brands is a plus.
