Part-Time Clinic Assistant (Traditional Chinese Medicine)

About the role
This is a part-time (hourly rate) opportunity for a Clinic Assistant (TCM) to join the team at Thye Hua Kwan Moral Society. As a Clinic Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing support to the Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioners and ensuring the smooth running of the clinic.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in patient registration and appointment scheduling.
• Prepare and dispense herbal medicine prescriptions accurately according to TCM physician's instructions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic environment.
• Handle basic administrative tasks such as record keeping and inventory checks.
• Provide friendly and respectful service to all patients.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a clinic or healthcare setting is an advantage.
• Basic proficiency in Mandarin and English.
• Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Willingness to support the clinic's charitable mission.
