Responsibilities
- Manage the reception area, greeting patients, and handling phone calls professionally.
- Attend to patients and perform front desk duties, including registration, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and managing billing.
- Process insurance claims, handle Medisave transactions, and conduct regular stock-taking of medical supplies.
- Update billing records accurately and reconcile daily collections.
- Assist doctors during consultations to ensure patients needs are met efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organised clinic environment.
Requirements
- Experience in a healthcare setting would be advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong customer-service mindset with a focus on patient satisfaction.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in medical billing software and basic computer skills.
