Key Responsibilities
- Vacuum carpeted areas in the bar and guest spaces before service.
- Mop floors in the bar counter area, kitchen, and back-of-house spaces.
- Clean and wipe tables, chairs, and surfaces to ensure the outlet is guest-ready.
- Wipe menus to maintain hygiene standards.
- Top up snack containers and ensure they remain clean and presentable.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar counter, service stations, and surrounding areas
- Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are properly stored after use.
Job Requirements
Prior cleaning or housekeeping experience in restaurants, bars, hotels, or similar environments is preferred but not required.
Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently.
Good attention to cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Comfortable performing physical cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, and lifting light equipment.
- able to commit at least 4 days per week, 3 hours per day.
