TutorJohn is a fast-growing tuition brand with 3 branches across Singapore - two in Choa Chu Kang and one in Tampines. We provide English, Math, Science, and Chinese lessons and focus strongly on building student confidence through clear teaching systems.

We are hiring a Part-Time Chinese Tutor for our Choa Chu Kang branch to support our centre-based teaching needs for Primary and Secondary students.

Your Key Responsibilities

Teach Chinese to Primary / Secondary students
. Conduct engaging and structured lessons aligned to MOE syllabus
. Support students in reading, comprehension, oral, and composition skills
. Help students strengthen language accuracy and confidence

Student Progress & Parent Confidence
. Identify weak areas and provide targeted support
. Track student performance and adjust teaching approach accordingly

Operational Support
. Assist with lesson preparation and class coordination
. Contribute to smooth centre operations when needed

Who We're Looking For

Diploma/Degree holders preferred
Preferably 1+ year teaching experience (fresh grads welcome)
Strong foundation in Chinese language teaching
Able to commit to both scheduled slots
Good classroom control and clear teaching style
Responsible and dependable team player
