Part-Time Chef / Cook

The Brooklyn Bar is looking for an experienced part-time Chef / Cook to join our kitchen in the CBD / City Area of Singapore.

Immediate start available.

Schedule

Opening hours: Tuesday to Saturday, 4 PM to 11 PM. Shifts can be discussed.

Pay

S$15 per hour after successfully completing a one-day paid trial. The trial is paid at S$12 per hour.

Responsibilities

- Prepare ingredients and cook dishes according to our menu, recipes and presentation standards.

- Organise preparation and service to deliver consistent food quality.

- Keep the kitchen, equipment and work areas clean and follow food safety practices.

- Assist with stock checks and communicate ingredient requirements.

- Work cooperatively with the team during service and closing.

Requirements

- Relevant professional cooking experience is required.

- Able to follow recipes and maintain consistent portions and quality.

- Reliable and punctual.
