What's in it for you

The Part-Time Chef is responsible for assisting a designated section of the kitchen, ensuring the consistent preparation of high-quality dishes, maintaining food safety standards, and supporting the efficient operation of the kitchen.

We are looking for someone who is

Experienced in Western and / or Local cuisine and / or Pastry

Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards

Proactive, with strong coordination skills

Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays (no midnight shifts)

Minimum 3 days a week

Key responsibilities include (but not limited to)

Assist a specific section of the kitchen (e.g., grill, sauté, baking, pastry preparation)
Prepare and cook dishes to high-quality standards
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning
Ensure SOPs, and hygiene practices are followed
