Part-Time Call Centre Associates (Fixed 4-Hour Shifts)

We are hiring Part-Time Call Centre Associates to handle customer enquiries and support services.

What you will do:

- Answer customer calls and emails

- Assist with enquiries and feedback

- Record basic information in system

Working Hours(Fixed shifts, no rotation)

Weekdays (Mon-Fri)

- 7:30am -11:30am

- 6:00pm -10:00pm

Weekends (Sat & Sun)

- 7:30am -11:30am

- 6:00pm -10:00pm

Applicants may indicate preferred shift(s).

Salary

- Weekday(Mon-Fri only)- Morning shift: from $15/hour

- weekday (Mon-Fri only) - Evening shift: from $17/hour

- Weekend (Sat& Sun only) - Morning or Evening shift: 19/hour

Requirements

- Basic English communication

- Basic computer skills

- Responsible and punctual

- Able to commit to a 1-year part-time contract

- Able to work a fixed weekly schedule
