Job Summary

We are looking for confident, persuasive, and people-oriented individuals who excel at building rapport quickly and closing enrollments. As an Enrollment Consultant, you will focus on speaking with parents, understanding their concerns about their child's academic performance, and successfully getting them to sign up for our tuition classes.

This is a performance-driven probation role where your earnings are directly tied to the number of successful student enrollments you secure. If you are great at talking, listening, and converting conversations into sign-ups, this is a high-earning opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

. Contact parents (who allow to be contacted.strictly no cold calling)via phone calls, WhatsApp, or face-to-face meetings (at events).

. Conduct effective sales presentations and consultations with parents to highlight the benefits of our tuition programmes.

. Address parents concerns, answer questions about class schedules, teaching methods, and student progress.

. Follow up with leads promptly and professionally to close enrolments.

. Achieve weekly/monthly enrolment targets.

. Maintain accurate records of interactions and enrolments in our system.

. Able to Participate in marketing activities, parents social events, open houses, or roadshows when required.

Requirements

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills(have a strong network with parents) - you must be comfortable and confident talking to parents.

. Strong persuasion and closing skills proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is a big advantage.

. Patient, empathetic, and able to build trust quickly.

. Self-motivated and target-driven - you should enjoy earning based on results.

. Basic computer skills (WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, etc.).

. No prior teaching experience required - we value sales and people skills more.

. Able to work flexible hours (including some evenings and weekends).

. Have experience in insurance, real estate, membership sales, or any commission-based sales roles.

. Are naturally outgoing and enjoy helping parents find solutions for their children's education.

Compensation (Probation Period)

. Pure Commission Structure during the 3-month probation.

. Attractive commission per successful enrollment (higher rates for full-year packages).

. High performers can easily earn S$3,000 - S$6,000+ per month depending on your effort and closing rate.

. Top performers may be converted to full-time with base salary + commission after successful probation.
