Salary: $15 per hour
Working Hours: On Activation Basis (8:00 AM - 8:00 PM)

What You'll Be Doing

Handle inbound calls and respond to customer enquiries professionally
Provide first-level support as part of the helpline team
Record and document customer interactions, feedback, and complaints
Monitor and manage ChatBot operations to ensure smooth customer experience
Escalate issues when necessary

What We're Looking For

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service-oriented mindset
Comfortable using computers and digital platforms
Able to work on an activation basis when required
Prior call centre experience is a plus, but not required
