Part-Time CAD Drafter (Authority Submissions)

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update CAD drawings for submissions to SCDF, URA, BCA, LTA and JTC.
• Prepare electrical drawings based on project requirements and instructions from the relevant consultants.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers and project teams to obtain information and resolve drawing discrepancies.
• Revise drawings following consultant comments and authority requirements.
• Maintain accurate drawing records and ensure timely completion of assigned drafting work.

Requirements

• Proficient in AutoCAD, with relevant drafting experience.
• Familiar with Singapore authority submission drawing requirements for SCDF, URA, BCA, LTA and JTC.
• Able to read and prepare architectural and electrical drawings.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow technical instructions accurately.
• Able to manage drawing revisions and meet project deadlines
