Job Description:

As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in providing personalized skincare advice, promoting our premium beauty services, and driving retail sales. This position is ideal for someone passionate about beauty, sales, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional skincare consultations tailored to clients needs.
• Promote and sell facial treatments and premium skincare products.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring repeat visits.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through service packages and retail products.
• Maintain knowledge of the latest skincare trends and product offerings.
• Ensure a welcoming and pristine salon environment for clients.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, retail, or the beauty industry (facial/beauty-related experience is a plus).
• Passion for skincare and beauty with a customer-first mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven and self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
• Able to support retail hours, including weekends and public holidays, with flexible scheduling arrangements provided whenever possible
