Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve espresso-based coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to company recipes and standards
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service, ensuring a positive café experience
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area, equipment, and café space
• Handle POS transactions accurately (cashless payments, apps, delivery orders, etc.)
• Support store opening and closing routines as scheduled
• Assist in inventory, restocking, and simple store upkeep

Requirements

• Passion for coffee and genuine interest in customer service
• Positive attitude, punctual, and responsible team player
• Able to work at least [e.g. 3 shifts per week / weekends / morning shifts]
• Prior café or service experience preferred, but training will be provided
• Singaporeans / PRs / LTVP / students on valid work passes welcome
