Position Overview
As a Part-Time Floater Barista, you will support different Tim Hortons outlets based on operational needs. You will prepare beverages and food items, provide excellent customer service, and maintain cleanliness and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders and handle payments accurately
- Prepare beverages and food items according to Tim Hortons standards
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations and equipment
- Replenish stock and supplies when required
- Follow food safety and hygiene procedures
- Support multiple stations during peak periods
- Assist different outlets as assigned by management
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations
Role Requirements
- Passion for the F&B industry and customer service
- No experience required training will be provided
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays
- Comfortable travelling to different outlets when assigned
- Able to commit for at least 6 months
