butter tgt is a cafe offering bakes, toasts, and specialty coffee. We are looking for a passionate barista/service crew to grow with our small and cosy team!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet customers, set and clear tables when necessary
- Take orders and provide recommendations
- Prepare espresso based and non-coffee drinks according to defined recipes
- Heating and serving of pastries and bakes
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth cafe operations
- General cleaning at end of day
QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior experience as a barista or service crew preferred
- Passion for coffee and a desire to learn more about coffee preparation and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Availability to work on weekends and public holidays, for an extended period of time.
