Part time Barista

1. Coffee & Beverage Preparation

• Prepare espresso-based drinks

• Follow standard recipes to ensure consistent taste and quality

• Adjust grind size, dosage, and extraction when needed

• Prepare non-coffee beverages (tea, chocolate, matcha, etc.)

  2. Customer Service

• Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately

• Recommend drinks or food items

• Handle customer questions and feedback professionally

• Ensure a pleasant and welcoming café experience

3. Cashiering & Order Handling

• Operate POS system

• Process payments (cash, card, digital)

• Issue receipts and manage orders efficiently

• Coordinate with kitchen team when needed

4. Café Cleanliness & Hygiene

• Maintain cleanliness of coffee bar and seating area

• Wash cups, tools, and equipment

• Follow food safety and hygiene standards

• Clear tables when necessary

5. Equipment Maintenance

• Clean and maintain espresso machine, grinder, and tools

• Monitor coffee bean stock and freshness

• Report equipment issues promptly

6. Stock & Inventory

• Refill milk, beans, syrups, cups, and other supplies

• Assist in stock count and inventory checks

• Inform supervisor when stock is low

7. Team Support

• Work closely with kitchen and service team

• Assist in opening and closing duties

• Support café operations during busy periods
