Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to company standards.
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other caf equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at the workstation and customer areas.
- Provide excellent customer service and engage positively with customers.
- Support operations including restocking supplies and assisting colleagues when required.
- Prepare, mix, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers.
- Ensure proper setup, cleanliness, and maintenance of the bar area.
Requirements
- Previous bartending or F&B experience preferred but not mandatory (training will be provided).
- Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and bar operations is an advantage.
- Pleasant personality with strong customer service skills.
- Able to multitask and work in a high-energy environment.
- Willing to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Responsible, reliable, and a team player.
