Job Summary

You will focus on converting cold leads into confirmed meetings by using phone, LinkedIn, email, and social media outreach. This role supports sales by opening doors, warming leads, and securing appointments with decision-makers.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound outreach using phone, email, LinkedIn, and social media platforms to engage potential clients
  • Convert cold and warm leads into qualified, confirmed appointments with decision-makers
  • Follow up consistently through calls and social touchpoints to maintain engagement and confirm appointments
  • Use social media content to build credibility and provide context during outreach
  • Maintain basic tracking of outreach activities and appointment statuses to support sales processes
  • Secure appointments and follow up with customers to confirm meeting details
  • Provide feedback to management to improve sales strategies and increase customer satisfaction
  • Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets set by the company

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Experience with LinkedIn direct message outreach to initiate and nurture leads
Familiarity with marketing, design, or creative services to better understand client needs
Prior experience working with small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) or professional services
