Job Summary

Provide professional sales and customer support, including ticketing, reservations, e-commerce enquiries, and customer service, while supporting daily commercial operations.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly and accurately to ticketing, reservation, e-commerce sales, and administrative enquiries to support commercial operations
Manage walk-in customers, incoming calls, and emails to resolve general enquiries efficiently and professionally
Process international and domestic ticketing queries to ensure accurate and timely service delivery
Address Airlines Sky-pearl Club membership queries with clear and helpful communication
Build and maintain positive customer relationships using strong interpersonal skills to enhance customer satisfaction
Deliver customer service that ensures satisfaction with products and services through attentive support
Assist with e-commerce tasks including email marketing, website management, and digital marketing initiatives to support online sales growth
Support additional duties as assigned by the Department Manager to contribute to team objectives

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Minimum Diploma holder or equivalent
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and agents
Customer-oriented attitude with a positive and professional approach
