Job Summary
Reporting to the Condominium Manager, you will coordinate service requests from residents, support the onboarding of new owners and tenants, and maintain an organized filing system to ensure smooth estate operations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and respond to residents service requests by communicating clearly with residents and relevant parties to resolve issues promptly
- Support the onboarding process for new owners and tenants by providing accurate information and assistance to ensure a smooth transition
- Answer phone calls promptly and handle enquiries and requests from residents to provide timely resolutions
- Maintain an organized filing system by accurately filing documents and records to ensure easy retrieval and compliance
- Coordinate contractors visits and monitor work progress to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Request and follow up on quotations from suppliers and service providers to support procurement decisions
- Provide general administrative support to the Condominium Manager to facilitate daily estate operations
- Use Email and MS Office (Word) to prepare documents and communicate professionally with stakeholders
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum N level or equivalent education
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage positively with residents and team members
- Enjoy meeting and interacting with people
Other Information
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 4 to 5 hours daily, either 8:30 am to 12:30 pm/1:00 pm or 9:00 am to 1:00/1:30 pm
- Salary: $13 to $15 per hour
