Job Description
- Provide assistance & administrative support to Managers and team
- Assisting in planning, organising and executing advisory appointments
- Update clients financial portfolio
- Preparation of client presentation materials
- Providing support for processing client service needs.
- Involving in Business development activities such as messaging, emailing and calling new & existing clients.
- Maintain proper documentation system
- Any other ad-hoc admin tasks as required
- Training will be provided
- Able to start work immediately

Working hours: 12 - 16 hours per week between 9am to 1pm or 2pm to 6pm (Mon - Fri)
