We are seeking a responsible and organised Part-Time Admin Assistant to support administrative operations and client engagement activities. The role involves liaising with elderly clients, assisting with documentation, and supporting basic marketing and outreach efforts such as flyer distribution.
This role requires someone who is comfortable working independently, managing tasks efficiently, and communicating effectively with elderly individuals.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate and liaise with elderly clients in Mandarin and English
- Assist in general administrative tasks and documentation
- Support data entry, record keeping, and basic coordination work
- Conduct basic marketing errands, including distribution of flyers
- Assist with coordination of appointments or programme-related activities
- Work remotely on administrative tasks and attend client locations when required
Requirements
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, especially with elderly clients
- Organised, responsible, and able to manage tasks independently
- Basic computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office, Google Docs, email)
- Willingness to travel to client locations when required
- Prior administrative or coordination experience is an advantage but not mandatory
- Proactive and accountable, to fit small team
Work Schedule
- Part-time: 3 days per week
- Flexible work arrangement (remote + onsite at client locations)
- Schedule to be coordinated in advance
Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly salary: SGD $600
- Transport allowance: SGD $50 per month
