Employment Type: Part-time Admin Assistant [Please only apply if you are comfortable with this arrangement]:
- 5hrs/day, 3x/week = total 15 hours a week.

Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Part-Time Admin Assistant to support daily administrative and corporate secretarial functions. The role primarily involves document handling, filing, and scanning, with minimal exposure to basic accounting tasks.
Job Responsibilities:
Administrative & Secretarial Support
- Assist in preparing and filing of corporate secretarial documents (e.g. resolutions, forms, registers)
- Maintain and organise company records (both physical and electronic)
- Perform document scanning, filing, and proper record keeping
- Handle data entry and ensure accuracy of records
- Liaise with internal team members for document collection and updates
- Assist in maintaining statutory records and compliance documents
- Manage and organise office documentation and correspondence
- Provide general administrative support to the team
- Ensure proper filing system and document tracking
- Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned
Basic Accounting Support (Minimal)
- Assist in simple data entry for accounting records
- Support account team in document sorting and filing
Job Requirements
- No prior experience required training will be provided
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Organised, meticulous, and able to handle confidential documents
- Responsible and able to work independently
- Good communication and teamwork skills
