Job Description

  • Support daily operations, including generating invoices and delivery orders, processing orders, filing, and data entry
  • Pack orders for online sales
  • Assist with inventory management, stock take, goods returns, and accounts receivable
  • Handle basic customer service duties, including incoming calls and messages (WhatsApp / social media) and making courtesy calls
  • Perform general operational and administrative tasks, including other ad-hoc duties as assigned
