Job description:

Looking for a professional trainer to teach beauty product development and personal colour analysis. Deliver practical, engaging, and hands-on lessons that help learners understand product creation and choose the right beauty, makeup, and styling options.

Key Responsibilities:

. Conduct classroom training in beauty product development and personal colour analysis

. Teach learners about different product types, textures, functions, and target users

. Introduce basic concepts behind how beauty and cosmetic products are developed

. Guide learners in identifying skin undertones and understanding colour theory

. Demonstrate how colour selection influences makeup, fashion, and personal presentation

. Facilitate hands-on activities and provide constructive feedback

. Maintain a professional, engaging, and supportive classroom environment

Job Requirements

- ACLP/ACTA certification is mandatory.

- Background in beauty, cosmetics, skincare, or related product fields

- Strong understanding of colour theory and personal colour analysis

- Experience in teaching, training, or conducting workshops

- Confident in speaking and demonstrating in front of a group

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in beauty retail, product development, or brand education

Certification in beauty, makeup, skincare, or colour analysis

Familiarity with tech-enabled delivery methods.

Flexibility to conduct evening and weekend training sessions.
